Great product but terrible packaging

"So I’ll start with saying I love the lip oils and masks as a product. They are lovely on and really hydrating, but the packaging is terrible. It looks cute but I’ve had four now - three have leaked and this last one the applicator tip immediately popped off into the pot so it’s unusable! Until they can sort those issues out sadly I won’t be buying any more it’s happens too frequently now for it to be one offs."

Love the product but the packaging is terrible

"I absolutely love this product and the way it looks and feels, I have really sensitive skin and have to be careful what I use and this has been perfect. However I am put off buying it again as it just leaks absolutely everywhere, the oil gets wasted and everything in my bag ends up sticky. Looking at the other reviews it seems to be a common issue sadly"

"I bought this lip oil in boots a couple years ago and i have only just ran out so this product is amazing ! The only thing that i think could be improved is the packaging . It leaks whenever it is closed and a lot of the product is spilt . Other than that , its amazing , definitely going to buy again."
