"Just brought the liptide from Boots and I was so excited to use it, I immediately opened it only for the applicator head to get stuck and break apart. I managed to tweeze it out, but it happened again. I don’t want to have to tweeze it out everytime I use it. This appears to be a common issue. So disappointing."
"I got this in this months beauty box and I am very impressed. I’m obsessed with lip products, I’ve quite a big collection now so I know what ones I like and work for me. This one I do love, it’s a nice consistency, not too thick, not sticky and stayed on my lips for a long time keeping them soft and moisturised. Definitely recommend and will buy more."
"already sorted this with glossybox as i recieved it in a subscription box and had the same issue as many other people. the applicator got stuck in the stopper and upon trying to reconnect them it fell into the lip oil. i did get it out of the lip oil and reattach and realised that the issue is the manufacturing and the applicator doesnt stay attatched to the wand when there is resistance which is provided when the stopper scrapes the excess product off. i widened the stopper and now i can use it without it falling apart but i get too much product as i had to widen the stopper! other than that its great and i love the actual product the experience just needs to be improved! <3"

"I absolutely love the product and how it looks and feels on my lips - however, unfortunately today I just bought a lip oil from boots and as I tried to open it the applicator came fully apart - it is clear that the applicator is too big for the hole and it basically gets stuck, so as you’re opening it it comes apart. It then falls to the bottom of the bottle so you have no chance of getting it out and sadly that’s a whole brand new product wasted. I understand faulty items happen but I have seen many people across social media, and on reviews have the exact same issue, so this is clearly a problem with the packaging not being efficient. I love Byoma and your products, I really think you’re a great brand and have really transformed the quality of my skin, so I am gutted about finding an amazing lip oil which is let down by its packaging making it unusable, and of course paying for a product which breaks immediately. If this was a one time thing I would understand more, but all it takes is a search and you’ll find many people experience the same thing and have done for quite a while. Pleaseee reevaluate the packaging as I would love to buy this product consistently as it is incredible, I do apologise for having to leave this review."

"I absolutely love this product and the way it looks and feels, I have really sensitive skin and have to be careful what I use and this has been perfect. However I am put off buying it again as it just leaks absolutely everywhere, the oil gets wasted and everything in my bag ends up sticky. Looking at the other reviews it seems to be a common issue sadly"
"I bought this lip oil in boots a couple years ago and i have only just ran out so this product is amazing ! The only thing that i think could be improved is the packaging . It leaks whenever it is closed and a lot of the product is spilt . Other than that , its amazing , definitely going to buy again."
