Rubbish pump
"I purchased this a week ago and I love it, my skin feels silky soft. But here's the issue id read reviews before purchase and some from last year said the pump stopped working but I thought last year so they will have fixed the issue. But no I was wrong, after a week I can no longer use it, there is no way to remove the lid to get the remainder out and if I cut it ( I'd probably need an extra sharp knife or saw) I risk plastic bits getting into the moisturiser. Please fix the pump as it's ruining what is otherwise a great product."

"Lovely product test feels like it’s doing something from the first use. Have been using alongside the bumpy skin products for KP and it’s pretty much disappeared. Very happy 😊"
Great product poor packaging
"This should he a 5 star review because I absolutely love the product and the smell is divine. But, the packaging massively lets the product down. After a few uses, it’s impossible to get the body cream out using the pump. You end up having to open the top and trying to get what you can out of the container. There’s only so much product that you can retrieve and a lot is wasted. . such a shame. I thought it might just be a faulty bottle, but it’s happened again & again"

"Fine lotion, it does the job, though it smells a bit like plastic. My main complaint is the packaging. The lotion is too thick, so a lot of product stays stuck to the walls of the bottle with no way to reach it without cutting the plastic in half. It wasn't exactly the experience I was looking for. This would be much better in a tub or at least a tube. I won't be buying it again because of the packaging"

White heads on my skin
"I was using this lotion for a few days and possibly 2 weeks and I noticed this product gave my legs white heads. Several white heads on my legs and thighs. It's probably because of the Oleic Acid which is know to block pores and give white heads. I'm not sure it hydrated all that well but it did smell nice. AND being a DRY person obviously I was using more of this cream which is what most likely gave my the spots."

I have always been, this cream have saved my skin after trying different kind of body cream for different brands, I think this my cream made for my skin. I see the difference now.
