"First time using this toner and it didn’t disappoint. Sometimes a bit ‘spicy’ but it is exfoliating so not altogether surprising. Will def repurchase as i def feel it brightens the skin. I haven’t given 5 stars as I have no comparison with other brightening toners as yet."
